68' RR Front Seat Question

Afternoon,

68'RR, front bench seats. On the driver side, when you fold the seat forward so someone can get in the back, it falls off the pivot point on the left by the seat belt next to the door. Is there suppose to be an "E" clip or something to keep it from unhinging there? Any help would be appreciated.

Mine has a washer and a cotter pin! May have been drilled at some point? ruffcut

Ruff cut ....many people fix it that way if can't find the push clip shown in earlier post
