69 barn find

New to this forum. Just wanted to share the barn find I got last year. 1969 Super bee one owner numbers matching car. Heard about car, called the man the same day. Went to see two days later with cash in hand! Lucky I did because the man was already had been offered by another guy to get car. With over a inch of dust covered a b5 blue paint with blue interior. Still had hub caps too. Opened the hood to a snarling opossum and I told the owner I seen enough and closed the hood immediately. Got it home and it had numbers matching engine and transmission with 920000 miles on it and it was sitting since 1979. The motor was locked up so I pulled and out to rebuild it one day. It will get a 440 for the time being. here are some pictures when it was pulled out and then cleaned up.

Thanks Guys! I was one to always say that I'll never find a barn find. Just dumb luck because I looked for years to find one. I have to thank the man who sold me the car for being so true to his word.

Indeed. V21 on the tag to indicate the painted scoops with the A40 package. Dont see that too often.
