I know, it's an A Body, but, when I told the guy to strip the car down ready for me to blast it, this is how I got it! Yup, ready to go! I told him about 5 or 7 hours to strip the stuff off it at $**.00 an hr; he said go for it, contract signed starting to work on this one Monday! Here's a few pics...oh yeah, any takers on the fender tag decoder?

I know, I'm really liking this car! Looking fwd to tearing into it, and seeing how much rust has destroyed this little gem! Thanks for the code-decode!

I really like the 69 Barracuda ,had one myself 340 Formula S .automatic

Great car right there, I love that body style as well. Keep us posted on what you find as you strip this one.

Thanks Donny, Mopar Muscle did a print/info on a 68 in June edition if your interested..

Thats a hell of a car. Dont see many with that combo. Makes me miss my 69 notch

This is a neet little ride! The fenders have the way-cool Barracuda fish emblems, and the Formula S emblem; certainly these are pricey items to replace? The fenders are wicked small too, but, I've never seen so MUCH undercoating on them! I'll take some pics and post 'em tonight.

Hard to believe I forgot about this thread! Bringing it back from the dead. Long story short, owner is pissed at the so-called 'Restoration shop', all he did was take his money. I currently have the entire car in my possession to bring to a proper restoration shop tomorrow (www.paintshop101.com) This so called individual is the same POS that has ripped me off, misled me and many others in his ability to deliver. See my other rants about this jerk wagon in other posts. I will take some pics of the car tomorrow and post here. Since April 2011 to right now, this so-called restoration guy did the following: Primed the car, removed one qtr panel, primed K member, primed rear end. THAT'S IT! I have proof to support this. This bozo will be brought to court.

The whole situation sucks! The good thing is, that he still has possession of the car. I really like the late 60's Barracudas and I've thought about snagging one someday.
