WTB 69, bench seat with headrests

So where does the 69 latch go if the above pic is not a 69?

your pic is a 68-9 b body bench seat latch
the one with the latch in the seat back i think is a 70
but i'm not 100% sure

A 70' seat has the latch release up high on the side of the seat back.
