your pic is a 68-9 b body bench seat latch
the one with the latch in the seat back i think is a 70
but i'm not 100% sure
 
A 70' seat has the latch release up high on the side of the seat back.

that is what i sort of thought
i'm not sure what that other seat is??..
somebody will know..
