Scams like this happen all the time. After I bought my Charger, I saw the same pics of it back online selling it for a crazy low price. Problem was it was sitting in my garage and definitely not for sale. I notified the website that had it posted and within a few hours it was gone.
They steal the pics, try to get a deposit going and then as previously stated, disappear with whatever cash they can..
