'69 Charger filler pipe

I've looked several places and can't seem to find a replacement filler pipe for my new gas tank. The old one was too corroded so I just cut it out and chunked it. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where I may be able to purchase a new one?

Did you have these bolts? If so is there a special tool for these?
