how do I get the regulater
Slide on the bottom of side glass off and does it need to be off to reinstall glass ? Can it be reused it it don't break on removel ?

Pull the plastic rivet and pull it off, they have a gasket like material that protects the glass in the channel that usually falls apart once removed though. I believe RTspecialties sells all the pieces if you break something.

Doesent seem to be anyway to get rivet out of plastic clip.

I'll have to go look at one, it's been a few years since I did mine. Got a picture of the other side?

As I recall I pinched the plastic rivet with a pair of plyers while gently pushing it out.
It has expanding tangs--no??
