69 Charger w/auto pistol grip conversion

Is that shift gate any good? Any mods needed to install one. This car has a console.

I put a Duncan Shift-R-Arm in my 70 RR....they do not make the "gate" anymore...it's working out just fine...then I just received a custom wood pistol grip for it from idlewoodworker.com. I have the first one that he made...you can look at it under the new products link. (have not had a chance to install it on the shift-r-arm yet...the car is surrounded by building materials at this time...putting an addition on the barn)...will post photos some time early next year.
