69 dodge driver side remote mirror routing

has anyone had to route a remote driver mirror thru the hole on the door,how do you route it so it will not block the driver window from its operation, i see it has a little slot on inside of door to slide cable thru to hole. thanks

It routes between the vent window posts and will not interfere with the door glass.
