What is the easiest way to replace front speaker? Searched forums but didn’t find any real help. Thanks

Remove the radio, then the speaker is accessible through the radio opening with a nut driver.

Do you have AC? That will make it much harder.

That speaker is pretty specific. The 4 mounting holes in the speaker itself are small round holes for screws to thread into. The mounting holes are not the large oblong holes we usually see in mopars.

Speaker screws to a bracket, you need to remove the bracket from the car the swap speaker. One nut on each end between the nuts for the defrost plastic grille.
The bracket only goes one way so mark the direction of mounting. That is so it clears the heater controls.

If the replacement speaker is too tall the radio will hit the speaker magnet before it is high enough to line up with the hole in the dash.

I’ve been through this recently.

I removed the lower center duct, adapter and the drivers seat for better access when I did mine. My Charger has some odd sticky sealer around the speaker from the factory.
