Thanks Darryl. I knew you would either have the poop, or know where to find it to show that road wheels were NOT standard on a GTX (or anything else for that matter). And good catch on the tag. You are quite correct that it's a Lynch Road car, but the tag was done in a "St. Louis" format. Also a good catch on the trans code, which as you pointed out should be a D32 not D34.

Obviously I was sleeping or under the influence when I looked at the pic of the tag. I didn't notice.:edgy:

Well, this kinda sucks...This was the tag that was on the car when I bought it..FWIW the trunk and the rad support stamp match the vin...how many companies produce these tags and would someone need the original tag to get a new one made? I just emailed the person that sold me the car to get some info but that was 5 years ago that I bought it

A lynch Road fender tag will have a 5 and 6 digit number at the top left of the tag and consists of a 2 digit gate number,a 3 digit base number and a 6 digit Line sequence number.
The Lynch Road tag has a unique arrangement ,unlike any other plant.Very few options will be found on a lynch Road tag, even if the car is heavily optioned.

There are a couple of places to get tags and depending on the company and when it was made, no, the owner may not have needed an original tag or broadcast sheet to have a tag made. Some companies will put whatever options you want on the tag.

Times change. Whoever made the tag may have more strict standards today than when the tag was made.

Great Car @ a good price. Wish i had the extra coin. Last year or two years ago it would of got you a lot more cash. best of luck !

OK. Few questions. Is this car driveable? How many oversprays and when the latest one is done? Do you still have Dana 60 for this car?

Thanks. Pepe
