Guys,

I have a 69 post car. I was looking into a roof swap (possibly skin) and noticed slight differences in the hardtop roof vs. the post car roof. the post car appears, to the human eye, to slope sharper at the post. it might be an illusion, but it looked pretty dramatic.

Can anyone tell me if the post roof is different or special? Are the repo skins designed for the hardtop roof or the post roof?

Or does the post make the roof just LOOK different, but they are the same?

The shape of the window glass suggest otherwise.

Any comments?

Checked in the parts book and it shows the same part number (2838573) roof skin for 68-70 hardtop and the post coupe.
