I found this horn ring with some parts I received with a Superbird project that I bought. I believe it is 1969, if I am wrong let me know. It is in fair condition and the center looks to be a dark brown color. The rubber on the center is pulling outward from the metal under structure (see the 3rd picture). Somebody must need it and it has to go!
