But, its nearly done now, in final paint, and, the color is out of this world awesome! That's why they're called paintshop101.com I mean this car was a mess, and, its just dripping with what looks like wet paint now. This RR will follow suit. I should revisit my threads of these basket case cars, and populate with new photos of the same car(s) stood up as new pieces of art! Yeah, I think I will!

You do nice work Donny. Looks like the rear frame rails might be ok? Surprising for the rest of rot everywhere else. Is that soft braze that was used on one of the front rail patches?

Front frame rails are junk, both of them, rust holes, hillbilly welding, and 'strengthening' and of course, the aforementioned Brazing on the frame rails.

When I stripped the bonding off my Charger I found some moron used a '68 quarter patch (on a '69) soupcan-patched the marker hole and cut a lopsided incorrect new one, and brazed the quarter into place. So now I get to grind out all the braze and reweld it. Don't know what some of these people were thinking patching these cars

Brazing was the best way to make the repairs in the 70s and early 80s.
