If you're talking rear, 100% the same. Front SHOULD be the same, but then again, '68-'69 B-Body bucket seat tracks are different than '70, so there's that. Plus, cosmetic differences on front bench seat such as location of fold-down seat latch, etc., if that matters to you. Oh, and not sure if there were track differences between split/non-split. As MWbirdLOVER70 says, just measure.

So, if you find it doesn't work out for you, I actually have a '70 Super Bee that is missing it's front bench seat, so keep me in mind if you ever want to sell it (although I imagine shipping would be a pain/$$$). Presuming it's the front seat you have, of course.

I'm pretty sure the seat bracket pattern changed in 70. The 66-67 seats also have a different pattern. And the 4 door brackets are taller than 2 door brackets. All of the brackets will fit any of the seats though. All of the low back folding 2 door frames are the same physical size so you can put your correct year upholstery on them. The plastic hinge covers I know are different on 66-67 than 68+. I think the 68-69 bench uses the same holes as the outside holes for the bucket seats. I have a policy now to never buy a car without the correct seat in it...
