I'm thinking of going to a late model toy. I am wondering what my car might reasonably bring? Can you guys help give me a ball park of what you think it's market value is?

1970 Road Runner RM23VOG - real deal Lemon Twist six pack. Built with Décor Package and 3.54 Dana. A buddy found it about 20 years ago near an 1/8 mile drag strip in the Fort Worth area with no engine or tranny. He put a 74 block 440 and a 23-spline in it. Being a Texas car the only rust is a few pinholes in the trunk floor caused by a leaky trunk seal - all the rest of the sheet metal is original. Solid floors and frame rails. The paint is 20 years old, thin in spots. The PO put on an air grabber hood and I got the rest of the pieces so the air grabber works off a switch under the dash but not in the stock location. It has manual brakes, fronts are disks off a 74 Dart. The rear wing is a repop. The 74 440 was worn out so it now has 500 miles on a fresh rebuild using a correct date code block. .525 lift Comp Cam, Edelbrock RPM heads, Pertronix III distributor, factory cast six pack intake and carbs, new ceramic coat Hookers and 3" exhaust with H pipes. Kicks @ss! I just retrofitted it with factory power steering and a repop Tuff wheel. The 18 spline was replaced almost ten years ago with a Kiesler 5-speed kit with a Tremec TKO tranny and hydraulic clutch. The clutch was replaced 500 miles ago with a twin disk - holds great, easy on the left leg. The wheels are rebuilt Dodge Mirada 15x7. Tic Toc Tac. It has aftermarket buckets. I tried to keep what I took off the car or stashed the correct parts so have a correct date code 18 spline, 70 bench seat, factory radio and bezel, original manual steering box and steering wheel, original shift lever, original air grabber lid, factory exhaust manifolds, and more. It needs a new headliner (included). The windshield is scratched, the dash has a bit of surface rust, the tach doesn't work, the rear wheel wells were clearance (lip rolled) for tire clearance.

What's my baby worth?????

Greg, i'm no expert by any means but I would think it would have to be worth at least between $ 34-$41,000

Not sure, but with the wrong seats and yellow engine that will turn off some buyers.Looks like a nice one other than that.

im with roadrunnerman 30-40k range I would say nice looking ride GLWS!!:headbang:

I would say with the aftermarket seats, thin paint, non-original drivetrain, around $30k. Sweet ride.

correct bench seat goes with it, correct upholstery for black decor package.

I just dumped $12k in the engine, clutch, and exhaust earlier this year. Should have sold it for $25K BEFORE I had all that work done...

Looks nice thou...

good luck with the sale

depending on the market where your at &
I'd wild a$$ guess between $25-$45k & depending on the buyers of course

there's an a$$ for every seat

How about trade yours for mine and $20.
What trade? I have mine AND yours in my garage. You don't have a key. Possession is 9/10s of the law, right? :icon_fU:
