70 seat frame question

When I got these frames years ago the covers were already removed. What do these loops connect to? Right side seat back.

I may be able to help but I can't quite determine where or what you are looking at. Is this the rear seat bottom? I took a look at both rear seat back and bottom frames and I don't see those cable chords that I think you are referring to. The seat covers on mine were definitely original so if that were factory I would expect to see them on my frames as well.

This is on the bottom of front passenger side seat back(buckets). I just reread my post and I should have included this. Lol

Ah ok that makes sense. I have a front bench so unfortunately I am of no help ;)
