70 Super Bee's and Dana 60's?


Sorry it was 1969. However, maybe warranty?

WOW!! That is a great piece of paper to have! I have no idea how it ended up with a Dana, would be cool to know though. At this point I am just going to say I don't know why it has a Dana (you know, the truth!). But I sure am glad it is there!

I wouldn't call anything 'impossible' when it came to the way stuff was built on the line. Back in 1978 a friend at work told me about his '69 383 road runner that had a Dana 60. I tried to tell him that they didn't come with that rear with a 383. He just shrugged, said HIS did.

They used whatever was available at the time of the build. Some engines in 68 that should have been turquoise were actually shipped with hemi orange because they were out of paint.
