`71 Charger R/T grille question

I am restoring a grille set from a `71 R/T and need to know what color they are supposed to be. I have read that the R/Ts and the Bees were painted dark argent with the light argent accents and the base models were painted black with light argent accents. I have scoured the net for pics of grilles including Tim Wellbournes collection and they all appear to be black to me. Anybody have an unrestored grille and can answer this for me?
