71 GTX side marker bezels

So I have the repop bezels I am using on my GTX. I have some older nuts removed from the original bezels. I also purchased new nuts that are for a 70-71 Challenger. Does anyone know if these will work or should I just clean up the old ones and reuse? Also, is there a trick to keep the bezels from breaking I have already cracked two of the new ones trying to install them.

The repos are crap, they are hard as biscuits
I had ordered a pair for my Satellite and my coachbuilder broke them two just by applying on the body and putting the nuts on
So I had to find another pair of used ones that were much more solid

I have a original Red, rear bezel if you might be interested.
Will have to go and find it, and look at the condition of the red lens.

Found it. It's not in good condition. The red lens is cracked, and i don't have any of the fastening hardware for it.

Those are 4 door side markers they have a different profile and the even the bezels are different.

Those are 4 door side markers they have a different profile and the even the bezels are different.

There's a difference between 2 door, and 4 door marker lights?
That i never would have known.
Never had any reason to compare the body styles with one another.
And i owned my 71 Hemi X for 32 years.
Wish you could shoot me a picture what the 2 door ones look like, just so i would know.
