I am looking to replace my hideous aftermarket wheels and looking for ideas. Can I see a few of your vehicles with your favorite wheel options?

Thanks,
Scott

Thanks djais1801. I saw your car with the cop wheels and that inspired me to do mine. It was nice to see what they would look like on a B-5 blue car and that helped me decide.

I gave my brother a set of rebuilt 80 Dodge Mirada wheels for his '71. Sorry, don't have pics of the entire car, just the front...

That was my car. Sold that car earlier this year. He's right, those wheels are cheap and look nice. They were 15x8's if I remember right. I liked them because they look similar to the wheels used on the old NASCAR cars of the same make and model.

Here's a vid of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMbEWigIoms

I'm building another 72 at the moment but I am going to go with the Cragar S/S wheels this time. Chrome and 17x8 front with 17x9 rears. Going to order them this weekend so I don't have any pictures to share yet... In another month, the car will be painted and the wheels will be on. I will post pics once I have something else worth looking at.

Oops, sorry, I meant to credit you in my post.

That car is just so perfect....great job.

How about some aftermarket, oversized, stock replacements?

Carcrazyguy - who makes those wheels? Can you provide details on the sizes you used?

It looks great!

Thanks!

They are Year One Cast Rallye wheels. 17x8 fronts with Nitto 255/50/17 and 17x9 rears with Nitto 275/50/17.

I really do like the look of those oversized rallyes! :idea1: Anyone ever stuck them on a new Challenger?

Pretty sure the bolt pattern is different and possibly the offset. Not to mention a 17" wheel would look the a 14" on a new Challenger.

New challengers use the same bolt pattern, but it is labeled as 114.3mm rather than 4.5in. So if 18's or 20's are in your future, you could try some of those.
