The issue that I just noticed going on out of nowhere is that when I signal either left or right, the front valance turn signals blink in the hazard light fashion. Other than that, they go on when the headlights are on, and all the other light seem to work normally, except for the dash turn signal blinkers. The left one is the only one that seems to blink. I don't know if the right one is just burned out or may have anything to with the issue. Any ideas or suggestions?

As an electrician, 12 volt DC systems are a weird animal. DC tends to "backfeed", and give strange symptoms. My troubleshooting experience says this. "If it doesn't work, check power", "If it works weird, check grounds". This is sage advice for you. I recently had an 01 Sebring, that when you opened the trunk, the fuel gauge went to zero, the left front turn sig came on dim, the rear reverse light on the left side went on dim, the car idled rough and stalled. Turned out the trunk light was on the same ground as the fuel pump, sender, and rear lights, and had a bad ground at the latch.

Check the mounting screws of the turn signal housings, the housings are grounded to the front valance via the screws. Fresh paint can effectively insulate the housings if the screws aren’t tight.

Great starting points and advice!
-I like the way you think Scott. Make troubleshooting so simple. I'll have to keep your advice in mind for future reference.
-72RRGTX: i learn something new everyday as far as the housings being grounded by the screws.
I'll get to further diagnosing when time is available and let you guys know what I find!
