dvw, could that converter be intended for a motor plate/mid plate application? I've had many thousand runs with no flex plate failures, never had quite your HP though.

Its had 3 different converters. I will measure the block against a stocker when I get it apart. One converter was borrowed. The other 2 were custom ordered for no mid plate. But never say never.
