Not sure about your area, but I went with a local shop that does a lot of upgrading the older Dodge Cummins automatics. Still based on 727 design.

I had Comp Chassis rebuild mine many years ago but not sure if Richard is even still around?

Good question I'm looking too. Ever since Dennis Maurer left we lost our go to Mopar guy.

Not that I'm aware of. I would be in the same situation as you had I not had mine gone through years ago. There are other options but none locally that stand out. If you have questions I feel that there are trans gurus on here that can steer you in the right direction. dvw is a very good resource for advice or direction on options,

Ive used Denny's a few times. Two locations Peoria and up on Cave creek rd. north Phoenix. The second one is the shop I have used.

Just remember, 10 bad reviews by people who are never satisfied vs 1000's of happy customers, most of which don't post anything.

Diesel, I hear what you're saying. Folks like to complain way more than hand out praise. He may have 1000's of happy customers, but with only a handful of reviews and a few bad ones tossed in its hard to tell?

If you have ever delt with Yelp as a business they will bury bad reviews for a fee or put them up front if you don't comply.
