727 torque converter identification

I bought this converter from a friend of a friend who swears that it is a tci street fighter but it does not have any tci numbers on it. It has only the below numbers on the hub and it has balance weights for external balancing. He did state that it was behind a 360 so that would make sense. Look familiar to anybody?

it is a 360 converter (has the weights welded on) I take it you are going to use a 360 motor?
 
Looks more like an old GER to me...
