727 valve body park rod

I took the valve body out of my 67 GTX.
Accidently removed the park rod from the valve body to the tail shaft.
What do I do to put it back in. Is there anything trickyabout it?

jack up the car so the wheels spin freely
stick your finger where the park rod goes and rotate the wheels till the park pawl clicks in that will allow you to insert the park rod when you re install the VB

yes that means the pawl is engaged with the sprocket
