73 satellite 4 door /6 to 4.7L engine swap

A good 4.7 isn't that bad. It certainly would be unique.

The term boat anchor doesn’t fit a 4.7, noisy *** valve train and just a very finicky engine with little to no nuts... boost the slant with a big turbo if you want to be unique...

The 4.7 may be free, but by the time you've installed it and got it running, if ever, you'd have spend enough to buy a couple more '73 four doors with factory v8 engines already installed.

A 4.7 is the worst modern engine the Germans ever put in a car....trash.

Plus you would need to make your own motor mounts, trans mounts, adapt the computer system to an old car.

Sorry...but you are dreaming. Six months down the road you will be selling that Satellite for pennies on the dollar.....
