73' Satellite Sebring 318 repairing wires that were chewed by mice

Howdy,
This is a project, and I'm looking to identify where these chewed wires go. I looked at many wiring diagrams, and at times, they look Greek to me.
The choke wire goes??
The two little blue wires go??

For starters you need a new choke and choke control. I do not thank mice had anything to do with it. Your damage was caused by the Rat that worked on it.
