Does anyone know those hose sizes or have pictures of how they run?

Yes, Surge should be 1/4 ID line and runs to vacuum port below/bottom of the carb, Fuel tank is 5/16 ID and connects to your vapor return line from the fuel tank. Note, your vapor return line may be 1/4 inch line but should have a 5/16 flare on it, if not you can use 1/4 ID line and stretch the side the connects to the vapor canister. The Carb Bowl is 3/8 ID, and runs to the Bowl vent on your carb. This is all assuming you have a thermoquad carb.

View from back side.

The center hose goes to the hard line which vents the tank. The other two go to the carb bowl vent (left in this view) and the vacuum port at the base of the carb ( right one). The two that go to the carb are then run through a tie/support mounted to the fender.
