Hello, new member here, great site
Here's my deal: My brother has owned a 74 charger SE since late 70's. The car has sat over 20 years, it now needs to be sold along with some extra parts.
I'm taking photos of it today and will be able to email it to anyone wishing to help estimate for pricing/purchase. Honestly, I'm a Dmax truck guy (don't hate me/I drive an 09 Kenworth with a 600 HP Cummins!) and know little about Mopars, but know there should be some interest in the car and parts. Any rough ball park figures either posted or through PM's would be greatly apprecated. I will get more info. today on some of the parts as I"ve seen through the classifieds a few guidelines on what numbers to look for as to what parts fit what car.
Here's a partial list:
74 SE charger/ 440 (will confirm it's the original engine),auto,sun roof,not running, has damage to left rear quarter panel but a complete left rear quarter panel from a 73 SE charger will be included, to replace damaged panel. Silver exterior/Black interior Paint/vinyl roof bad shape, interior good shape,
new tires on stock rims/ U.S. slot mags also included.
Parts: Charger
74 SE hood w/emblem
73 SE doors with all panels/electric controls/glass included
73 SE "lower turn light valance-turning lights/plastic included
73 SE steering colum-complete
Parts: Mopar
Hurst pistol grip shifter/linkage (will confirm it's for the Charger-very likely)
Dana 60 rear axle/complete: 5.13 gears (was told it was out of a 70 Challenger?)
440 Magnum engine (will confirm what year/numbers-is complete)
Any help is appreciated, not trying to make a mint but would like to sell for a fair price to an enthusiast who can complete what my brother loved so much: 73-74 Charger SE's.
