904 tranny has only reverse

I was driving my duster after installing a rebuilt 360 and the transmission started slipping. It had started out working normally. By the time I got home on a 3 mile trip it would hardly pull. I checked the fluid it was right. Tried it again and now I only have reverse, which feels normal. A few weeks ago I installed a trans go tf-2 kit it worked fine until yesterday. Any thoughts I'm trying to sell and have someone coming to look at saturday. Thanks ahead of time.

what color is your fluid... orange or red? i would drop the pan to inspect for any material in the pan.
