I have a 70 superbee and I am needing misc bolts to put it back together. Does anyone have something like that? Robert

Go to the junk yard.

Lots of bolts and other fasteners are the same all the way into the FWD era.

Even the fender tag screws.

The bolts I needed to hold the luggage rack on my 67 Belvedere came from a 1986 Daytona.

Same size, same head design, same nose, same captive washer.

I harvest about $10 worth of fasteners from my '86 5th Ave parts car per month.

...and they are "made in USA" and "Mopar" factory parts to boot.

Sometime in the late 80's to early 90's they started mixing metric and SAE.

Be careful of that.

My 2000 Dakota is like that.

I think you're safe until about 88 or so, esp F/M/J body.

They are out there. I see a 5th Ave, or a 80's truck or van almost every time I go junking.

Depending on what you're looking for I got a bunch of bolts from Lowes. Many of their stores have a section marked Automotive with body bolts etc.
If you know exactly what you need, they may have it.

x2.

I've even ordered off amazon. I tried HDepot, but their selection is rather lacking these days.

I want original bolts and nuts from an old car...
Body, motor, gas tank, frame, axle, or what? You need to be a little more specific if you want to get a answer. Cabin fever already must be setting in.

I am wanting original bolts and pieces and not aftermarket stuff. I am working on a list. Seems like some want an arm and leg for two bolts. I pulled hundreds of cars apart and had not done that in years. So now Needing some stuff.

I have some bolts sorted by size, if you can put a list together, I may have some. PM with the list and your e-mail address.

PM Sent. I've got a bucket I could probably part with most of them. I'll save some of the ones I'd like to keep but I could probably get you a bunch of authentic 47 year old bolts.

That still doesn't answer my question, is it really that hard to answer a simple question? Guess so.

Sorry for my slow replies but been traveling. I have a 1970 Super bee 440-6 4speed. It has orginal motor and tranny but the guy put the car together to sell but not to do it right. So yes he has lowes hardware bolts and who know where else they came from. I am wanting the correct ones or right ones. Not too conserned about dates on them just the right stuff.

I want intake manifold bolts
water pump housing bolts
the eight bolts that fasten the leaf springs onto the body of car
There are three bolts and nuts that the sterring colum goes through the firewall
clips that you bolt the front valance on with.
