I just got word today that a Jeep wrecked my old GTX. It doesn’t look to bad. It’s numbers matching automatic with air, power windows, cruise control, rear window defogger and am/8-track radio.

Damn that sucks. Hope they are insured.

new quarter, inner wheelwell & supports, maybe be able to fix the door,
bumper, taillights, trim, trunk hinge & latch maybe, frame or springs, shocks
& various mounts & repaint
(what I see possibly, quickly in that photo)
Then hope it matches or have to repaint the whole car

looks pretty bad to me

that's a shame really, sucks

Did the Jeep have a snowplow? What happened.

Can you buy all the parts new?
Nasty hit.

Sucks it happened but by the looks of it everything is easily found for that repair... Way better than seeing the frame mangled..

I notice that people follow very closely when I have one of my classic Mopars out. They were probably on their phone,or texting when they hit that GTX.

both rails are likely shoved over to the driver side, and the other quarter may be buckled a bit

My mom's 70 Charger R / T SE, took this hit in 71 and nothing else but the quarter and the door got tweaked

the shot on the bumper and the gap between the deck lid and the dutchman tell a different story...... the rear body panel is over a good bit and pulling on the deck lid

Make before anymore is cut off that quarter. Make sure Its pulled and existing sheet metal is lined up first. Then your fitting of your new inner and outer will sit better.

The trunklid is probably bent, and sprung the hinge. The lid is the whole back of the car on those. There is not much of a tailpanel on those cars.

It could have been worse. Fixable. But if I had seen them coming, on their phone, I'd get a ticket for saying some nasty words.
