I think it looks great. Would like to see more of it. You're not going to be short on ponys under the hood!

Looks good from what I can see. I like the way the front seats match the rear.

Good looking car keep up the good work.

Wow...very nice! What's the build on your 540? Very impressive numbers with the crossram &
cast maxi exhaust.

Wow that is really nice ! Good hp #'s also. Whats the combo if you dont mind me asking ? Ron

X2 on posting your build, looks like everything you've done so far is First class. Love that interior and you're going to have Fun Fun Fun with that Four speed. Very nice numbers too!

Thanks for the kind words, its been along time coming.Still a few things left.Hopefully can get it done over winter.SInce a few of you asked here's the lowdown on the engine.440 stroked 540,11-1 comp, indy big easy heads milled to 70 cc,1.6 harland sharp roller rockers, mopar crossram,750 diamondback carbs.Damon is a very nice guy and knows crossrams.Solid roller cam duration @50 270/280 lift 660/660 bullet cam.Bcr girdle and alum. caps.Milidon oilpan, billet pump. That should be it. Holy smokes big power and tork wish my motor made power like that what is $ of this motor ? I have a 65 coronet 500 451 4speed

Well over 10 grand max wedge stuff is not cheap.Neither are indy heads.

when you say "small junk headers" were you referring to the manifolds in your pics?

I would say he's referring to the headers used on the engine dyno pull - not those lovely cast iron works of art... (that I am working out how to afford...)

Great dyno numbers - that thing must hit like a sledgehammer!!

Wow! That must throw up into the air a big ole patch of concrete when it takes off. beautiful body on there ,nice all around.

No not the manifolds,I had a pair of old rusty 1 5/8 headers.

Anyone know where I can get a turquoise steering wheel. The tan one stands out like a sore thumb.

I restored and painted a tan one turquoise. It turned out pretty good, although for originality sake it's supposed to be molded turquoise plastic. But it's hard to find originals in the correct color in good condition.
