You sure that's NOT a Corvair???The wing doesn't fit, but the pointy nose is a pretty close copy to the original 1962 Mustang I prototype, which was aluminum bodied and used a V4 mid engine.

It's a prototype that Ford never built.. Those "moon" wheels have to go. I like the idea and that it's got a HEMI. Would look better and "more correct" with Magnum's

People have been putting 1st generation Hemi engines in Fords since the 50s. It's the only way to make them fast!
You are right, Ford didn't build it. Instead of 'prototype', I should have said 'concept car'. However, the actual Mustang prototype in 1963 still had somewhat pointy front fenders, perhaps influenced by the 1961-63 Thunderbird.It's a prototype that Ford never built..
