A What is it?

I was tearing down my 1967 Coronet front suspension.... specifically the left upper control arm was being removed.

I noticed two steel washers of some sort fell out when I removed the upper A arm cams... at least I think it did.

I did not find any such washers as the photos show on the right side??

Any help would be greatly appreciated of its identity....

They go in steering column joint to steering box.

Keeps the alternative at bay.... at least temporarily... if its to be its up to me attitude.
