What is the difference between these two codes...

A47 69-70 Special Edition Package
A47 69 only Special Dress-up Group I

I know the special edition package came with leather seats , wood grain dash, pedal dress up
what about the other ?

The same codes were used for various applications.

The A47 on a Charger was the SE package
The A47 dress up package pertained to Polaras and Monacos.
