Addition to my Stable

Well recently we bought a used Nissan and long story short got a lemon with a need for an engine. So since it wasn't too far gone yet we traded it in and I did my part to stimulate the american economy...

Got a good price and so far I love the 3.6 pentastar v6. 283 hp is not bad:headbang:

Thanks guys, just got back from our weekend road trip and put on the first 500 miles. I have to say I am truly impressed with this thing. For a brand new engine and not being broke in, set the cruise at 75 and averaged 28 mpg with some mixed city too. Have yet to fill it back up and check the second half of the trips mileage.

I also have to say if anybody is going to buy something new...get the 3.6! This thing scoots!

Nearing 5k (44xx mi) and so far I still love the thing. Its comfortable, gets reasonably good fuel economy and still surprises me when I put my foot down. My only complaints are that the throttle has a bit of delay (which is probably programmed in to keep you from breaking the tires loose) and the 6 speed auto took me a little time to get used to (so many more shifts). But nothing to really complain or worry about there. Eventually after the warranty ends 4.5 years from now I'll put on a programmer to quicken the throttle but I would recommend one to anybody asking.

So to sum up, I am glad I bought it, still love it and recommend it to anybody looking!
