AFX Hood Scoop placement

Working on building a 65 coronet afx and am looking for the placement of the hood scoop. Does it fit flush with the edge of the hood at the cowl or is it an inch or 2 fwd? Any help will be appreciated.

Fits flush,to be 100% correct they are modeled to a glass hood.

from what i have found and what i did on mine it should be a 1/4 in from the rear edge of the hood not flush.

A/FX scoop is different then the standard 64-65 race HEMI scoop. they are molded to the hood and are flush to the rear edge of the hood.
