I used to walk away from people like that. If they don't know the products, I'm not buying it. Too many other dealers around that do have knowledgeable people working for them.Aren't all cars gm?
I remember looking at a used Chrysler LeBaron 4 door around 1991, and the salesman kept saying "Chrysler is owned by gm" .
I corrected him twice, which he acted like he didn't hear, and kept saying it about a dozen more times for some reason.

Apparently, Tx (Houston area) is the same as Ohio. Apply for a dealer's license and you're in business. Used car lots are all over the place and most new car dealers only keep the best of the best used cars for their used lot. It surprised me to find a 76 Dodge Colt on a new dealer's used lot in late 85. It was nice with only 12k miles on it.Used car lot.
Not sure about everyone else's states but FL used dealer laws are real lax.
There are dozens and dozens of lots on every main road.
OH was WAY different.
"Used car lot" was almost unheard of. VERY few. Most used cars sold at dealerships.
