Aluminum head issue. External coolant leak. Advice needed.

Well taking it out to 1/4" pipe has seemed to stop my leak for now. Need to do some road testing to see how it holds up to expansion and contraction as well as hot and cold. So hopefully it gets me through summer so I can tear down this winter for a proper test and repair.

Going forward I'm leaning to a set of Indy EZ's as cast heads so I can keep my dual plane. Decisions/decisions.

Good stuff! the only thing I would have done differently is to use an aluminum plug - but you should be fine.
