When i put in reverse and turn the steeringwheel the gear shifts to drive, not so fun, I took apart the column and it is very loose at the bottom, shall there be a bearing that is missing? Partnumber?

There should be something. On late 60's B bodies there is a white plastic piece at the end of the column and it has a ball bearing inside. Even if you were to get on a lathe and make a bushing out of Delrin it would be a good fix.

Your right Meep-Meep, a friend of mine did that recently on his Challenger, it basicly looks like a rear spring bush....and works fine.
