Am I missing something on my floor?

Hey all. I just noticed today that there are no brackets to bolt my non-existent front bench seat to on the floor. I'm assuming that there should be some type of brackets. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Apologies for being a posting whore today. Car is a '70 GTX.

sliders should be on the seat with studs that go through the holes in the floor.
