You more than likely have to modify the rear seat. I had to on my Challenger. However, that is an E Body and does have a shorter wheel base which would require more narrowing of the seat.
On my '65 Coronet I had to make a couple of simple mods to the seat frame. Basically just cut the frame where it interfered with the tub and move it over a bit and then weld back in place.
I was able to reuse the factory seat cover after making small modifications to the seat frame. The tubs in my '65 Coronet were made wider by a couple of inches. Here are a couple of pictures.
