First thing is that AMD sheetmetal is not made in China, it is made in Taiwan. The second thing is that the Mopar stuff is not profitable. The line has yet to cover the tooling costs overall. So get your parts that you need sooner than later. The day will come when they no longer offer the parts that don't sell well. They only make the Mopar stuff because they are Mopar guys, and they knew that there were no decent aftermarket sheetmetal parts for them. Selling the Ford and GM parts has afforded them the luxury to be able to produce the Mopar parts they have made to date. They are in business to make a profit, and when something that they produce is not profitable they will not be able to make it indefinitely. The day will come when you see the stuff we can easily buy aftermarket now, trade hands like NOS parts do now. My advice is to get what you think you will need for future use and put it on the shelf.
