Amp gauge works but fuel, oil and temp gauges do not on my 68 bee . Every thing work until I removed the dash to replace the wiring harness . Now the only gauge that works is the AMP gauge any thoughts.

Broken circuit board, burnt trace or voltage limiter mounted on back of cluster went bad. Either way pull the cluster out post pics.

ps you got power to the lights and etc right?

Yes all the lights work, I looked at the circuit board and their is no burnt spots or breaks that I could see.

could be bad pin connection on circuit board as well

Everything on the cluster EXCEPT the amp gauge work on the multi pin connector and circuit board. The limiter takes 12vdc down to 5vdc for the gauges. If you lose the 12vdc to the cluster, or the limiter craps out that's pretty much all it could be.

one more for the voltage limiter, just went thru all this a couple months back. Ended up making an electronc limiter (easy to find directions online), but don't use radio shack 7805 chip they are junk. I found some old stock motorolas on fleebay. Total cost was like $3 for the voltage limiter and capacitor and homemade heat sink. If you can solder a couple small wires, it's real easy.

I bought a new voltage limiter and it seems to have fix the problem.
Thanks everyone for you help.

part #?

do you have a part number and vendor name for the voltage limiter? Link for the mod?
