So around 6pm today we went to a sub shop here in Jersey for my moms birthday, me and my dad were sitting at the table facing the parking lot, We watched someone back in the spot in front of our van. They opened the hatch. Me and my dad thought it looked funny, we wanted to go see what they were doing but we just didn't think there was anything to steal off our van. About 10 seconds before we walked out of the door they took off. We checked the front of the van and what would you know they stole our plate! My dad (pissed) got in the car and peeled out after them but they disappeared. I ran up to a security guy and told him what happened, he called the cops by now my dad called and said he couldn't find them and was on his way back. The cops show up make a report and we were on a search to find there car, swear we saw them in the walmart parking lot but we lost them by time we got there and the cops were looking as well. Just wish we went out earlier and kicked there asses. The cop even said we deserve to find them and kick their ***. I'm so mad we didn't go see what was going on. I don't care if it's worthless or a million dollar item it's just the fact that they took something of ours... But then we started to think what would they do with it. Go through EZ pass, Red light cameras, etc without paying and us getting tickets and fines. The cop said it has happened. Let alone doing a crime and them coming after us... But the cop said it's put in as stolen so we won't be responsible.
If we didn't see it right then i wonder how long it would of taken or if we would of got warrants for stuff they did with our plate on their car..
So if anyone see a ND plate in the area lmk so we can come kick some *** haha...

Anyways, This is just another day in Jersey. When we first moved here in 03' we were at Arby's when all of a sudden cops came running in yelling put your hands up, Turns out a guy that walked in a few minutes earlier to eat had just committed an arm robbery at a place nearby.

your plates will be used for a stolen vehicle. they will steal a car and slap your plates on it.

or put your plates on their van and commit a crime like a robbery or a burglary.

That's not good 69clone. I hope you find them and give em' what they deserve! :violent-smiley-100::icon_axe::buttkick:

Thats what we figured it's just, why would you steal out of state plates sure you could get away with NY or PA plates but ND...Yea you won't stand out!

because they are dumbasses. they dont think, or they need them for a particular crime. you'll never figure it out.

Sounds like a bad day there 69, i hope you and your dad get to do some Educating with the meat heads. Good luck with it, at least the cops know whats what maybe there smarter then we think and thru them in a dumpster close by, probably not though.

Wow....and on your mom's birthday. Bunch of punk's! Hopefully they get what they deserve. What goes around, comes around.

Yeah if only... I was really hoping to find them we saw the exact car in front of Pay less shoes in the shopping plaza but didn't recognize the people there.
What p'd us off is this all happened the parking lot in front of Walmart and they have like 100 cameras on the roof. We asked the cops if we could go check the tapes and see if they got caught on camera, The cops told us not to bother because half of them are probably broken and if they were on there the quality is to bad to make anything out. Anyways after the cops left we went to walmart anyways and showed the police report to the manager and they told us they're not aloud to check the only person aloud to would be a cop! Called the # on the report to see if they would come check the film and they said it's not important enough to send someone out to just check tapes... Just annoys me that they may be on film but 1 the cameras may be junk and 2 we weren't even aloud to check.

Which plate was the one from ND? The theives plate or the one they stole from you?

Our plates are ND since that's where my dad was last stationed. Theirs we assume NJ.

One more reason i'm glad to live in Hicksville USA and dont have to deal with that crap.

Hamilton square shopping plaza.

'Bout an hour east of me. If I see an ND plate I'll let you know.

Some jackwagon stole one of my sister's plates one down in the Amboys once. Police report and new plates ordered. Also got some tamper proof screws. Sucks having to spend extra money for a 1/16" thick flattened pie pan.

A few years ago, they had an Ad campaign, for a new slogan for New Jersey. My submission was : " The only place worse than New Jersey, is New York" ... I guess it wasn't accepted...:sad10:
