I did a search and found some old posts about converting headlamps to LED. But looking for current info on converting the headlamps on my 1965. All of the wiring harnesses were replaced during the restoration(OEM Repop). Can someone point me to a quality LED replacement head lights . Also, what works and what doesn't when converting headlamps to LED?

Dapper lighting hid headlights are what I used on my coronet, and I'm very happy with them. I got the halos that also doubles as turn signals.

I have used Holley retrobrights on my 67 Coronet and My 70 Coronet. Very happy with them. I use the classic style not the modern bright white. Will be ordering for my 71 Road Runner soon. So far I've got the best price from classic industries for them. But shop around prices vary.

Check this out. We just had this discussion.

in my opinion, Holley Retrobrights is the way to go. Bought em for my 66 Charger. Truly plug-N- play, no modifications required, no screwing around. Available in different color temperatures, so be sure you are ordering what you prefer. Pricey but well worth it.

Yea there a bit pricey @ 800.00 for the set.

Not sure ... The car doesn't get much night driving.

Thanks

Go with @Crackedback on this board, a member here who sells a plug and play harness for less than $200. A lot of us here, including me, are running them and they make a big difference.

Correcto...
Holley retro-brights are pricey,
but shop around U can find some significant discounts.
There are cheaper alternatives, but check carefully their mounting depth and quality-build.

Just my $0.02...

Be careful of scams like this, but my friend’s local auto parts store did price match this.
