I have a new sway bar and kit coming from Summit per recommendations from others here, much appreciated.

In getting ready to install when it arrives I removed these brackets from k frame to clean up, blast, repaint etc. They look mangled on the ends and it appears there may have been hole tabs for the sway bar bracket to connect to?

Also, I’ve noticed the LCA on the drivers side has a tab but appears bent upward. On the passenger side it appears to have been torn off completely.

Thoughts, advice, direction? Thanks much!

If you bought a swaybar kit it should come with the brackets. What you have there is a factory mounting bracket with half of it missing. The brackets in the kit won't look like that, but will work just fine.

If you end up needing to replace the lower control arms I have a set from a 69 Road Runner as well as the swaybar and mounting brackets from the same car. The lowers will need to have new bushings installed. I'm in Georgia west side about 40 minutes from AL on I-20.

Great. I will definitely keep that in mind.

Need to see if mine are repairable first but send pm with price on lower control arms please. Pics helpful also. Thanks!
