Those would be for the down bumper stop brackets if you had power windows. They should not be drilled if you don't have P. windows, only dimpled.

Well, whatever they're for they aren't drilled on my doors, just dimpled like RC said. Manual windows on my Super Bee.

These used to be non-power window doors. I installed aftermarket PW. However, some idiot drilled them for wood screws to install this:
